Thomas M. Farrell, IV is the founder and principal attorney of Farrell Disability Law, serving clients throughout Florida and southern Georgia in disability insurance and Social Security disability matters. With decades of legal experience, he represents individuals seeking benefits under private disability insurance policies, ERISA and non-ERISA plans, state disability retirement programs, and life insurance and accidental death & dismemberment (AD&D) coverage disputes.
