Scott Rubin received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Arizona State University in 1986 summa cum laude, a Juris Doctorate degree from Temple University in 1991, and an LL.M degree in Trial Advocacy from Temple University in 1997.
Scott’s practice encompasses Social Security disability, personal injury, and matrimonial law. He is a sustained member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants Representatives and has successfully represented thousands of clients before Administrative Law Judges of the Social Security Administration.
Scott is an active member of the Montgomery County Bar, Philadelphia Bar Association, and the Pennsylvania Bar Association. He is also a Certified Master of Trial Advocacy and has been awarded The Lawyers of Distinction.
