Over 30 Years of Legal Experience Jonathan has worked in the Fargo office for 30 years since entering private personal injury practice in 1992 and has represented clients in cases involving serious injury, and wrongful death. Jonathan began working with David Marquard in 1992 and upon David’s retirement in 2021, the firm name was transitioned from Marquard & Associates to Ruth Law Firm.
Jonathan has the ability to answer, address, and resolve concerns a client has related to their specific case. He is skilled at answering questions and solving problems for his clients.
Jonathan receives regular referrals from other attorneys requiring his specific expertise. He is also a frequent lecturer on topics of injury law and case management to other attorneys.
