Fernando D. Vargas earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from DePaul University before receiving his Juris Doctor from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. He began his legal career defending major insurance companies in complex personal injury and wrongful death cases, gaining valuable insight into how insurers evaluate and fight claims. Today, he uses that experience to advocate exclusively for injured individuals and their families.

With nearly four decades of legal experience, Attorney Vargas has earned widespread recognition for his professionalism and advocacy. He is also a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) and has served as President of the Western San Bernardino County Bar Association.
