Attorney Haymond comes from a long line of business professionals. His grandfather was an esteemed personal injury attorney and his father is a local business owner who has been involved in land development in the Charlotte area for over 35 years. Yale’s commitment to unrelenting advocacy and compassionate representation comes from the example set for him by his father and grandfather.
Yale’s policy is to develop personal relationships with the firm’s clients. Having close personal relationships with each client allows Yale to understand the unique legal needs of each client. This creates the ability to better advocate for his clients through understanding each client’s circumstances and objectives. Yale has extensive experience. Prior to opening YALE HAYMOND LAW PLLC in January 2020, Yale worked as a Public Defender in South Carolina. He also worked for an insurance defense law firm in Charlotte. This experience gives him a strong understanding of how to deal with insurance companies and defendants when litigating personal injury cases. He has seen how the other side approaches defending against your case and this informs how he approaches getting his clients the best possible outcome.
