Our Founder, Bill Hurst has successfully represented thousands of accident victims, and has limited his practice to personal injury cases for over thirty-five (35) years. Bill has helped families with tragic life altering injuries and deaths obtaining millions of dollars in verdicts and settlements compensating families for their losses.
Bill graduated with honors from Indiana University School of Law. He is currently a Director Emeritus of the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association. He has published numerous legal articles and has lectured at various legal seminars over the years.
Bill is listed in Naifeh and Smith, “The Best Lawyers in America” and has been since its inception. He has selected as a “Super Lawyer” by the Indianapolis Monthly Magazine every year since its first publication in 2004. Bill was selected as one of the “Top 100 Lawyers” by the American Trial Lawyers Association and Bill was named the “Indiana Trial Lawyer Of The Year” by the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association. Bill and his law firm also have the highest rating (AV) given by Martindale-Hubbel, a law firm rating company.
