Wayne O. McCook

Wayne O. McCook is the founder and managing attorney of McCook Law Firm, LLC, where he focuses primarily on bankruptcy law. With a unique background that combines legal experience, business knowledge, and corporate leadership, he helps individuals and families find practical solutions to financial challenges.

Before becoming an attorney, Mr. McCook spent more than 10 years in Corporate America, holding management positions in finance, marketing, sales, and analytics, including serving as an Analytics Manager for Comcast/Xfinity. He later earned his law degree from Western New England University School of Law and gained experience in bankruptcy, business, and real estate law.

Since opening his firm in 2018, Attorney McCook has assisted thousands of individuals through legal consultations and has successfully represented clients in hundreds of bankruptcy cases. His approach is built on legal knowledge, business insight, and a commitment to understanding each client's unique circumstances.

A Jamaica-born immigrant and proud U.S. Army Reserve veteran, Attorney McCook is dedicated to serving his community and helping clients achieve a fresh financial start.
