About R. Keith Spencer

Keith Spencer is a Board-Certified Family Law Attorney by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, a distinction earned by only a small percentage of Texas lawyers. With more than 30 years of experience practicing family law in Tarrant County, Keith has built a reputation for providing knowledgeable, strategic, and compassionate representation in complex family law matters.

A graduate of Southern Methodist University and the University of North Texas, Keith holds both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Communications and has been licensed to practice law in Texas since 1987. He is a qualified mediator, trained in collaborative law, and has extensive experience handling divorce, child custody, child support, CPS investigations, appeals, and other family law disputes. Keith has appeared before state and federal courts, including the Supreme Court of Texas and the U.S. Supreme Court, and remains actively involved in the legal community through his leadership and service with local bar associations.
