Nick was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and grew up in Moorestown, New Jersey, before moving with his family to Northeast Florida in 2010, where he quickly developed a strong connection to the region.
During law school, he built a solid foundation in advocacy through his work as a certified student-attorney in the South Carolina Juvenile Justice Clinic. He also gained diverse legal exposure through internships with a Fortune 500 company, a personal injury firm, and the South Carolina Office of the Attorney General.
After graduating, Nick sharpened his litigation skills working at Florida’s largest insurance defense firm and later at a leading national law firm. In these roles, he handled complex civil litigation involving personal injury, catastrophic injury, premises liability, product liability, wrongful death, automobile and trucking accidents, and negligent security—representing corporations and insurance carriers in high-stakes disputes.
Today, Nick uses that defense-side experience to advocate for injured clients with a strategic advantage. Having seen how insurance companies evaluate, negotiate, and defend claims, he is able to anticipate their tactics and pursue maximum value for his clients. Known for his aggressive yet client-focused approach, Nick is committed to clear communication and treating every client with the care and attention he would give his own family.
