Nicholas G. Callas is a highly respected South Carolina attorney with decades of experience representing clients in workers’ compensation, Social Security Disability, and personal injury matters. Known for his dedication to injured individuals and disabled workers, he has built a reputation for providing skilled legal advocacy and personalized client service.
Mr. Callas earned his undergraduate degree, cum laude, from Boston College in 1982 and received his Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 1990. He began his legal career serving as a law clerk for distinguished South Carolina judges before working as an Assistant State Prosecuting Attorney in Richland County.
Throughout his career, Mr. Callas has remained actively involved in the legal community, holding memberships in numerous professional organizations and serving on the Board of Governors of the South Carolina Association for Justice. Admitted to practice in all South Carolina state courts, he is also a frequent speaker at legal seminars.
In addition to his legal accomplishments, Mr. Callas is a retired Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Air Force Reserve.
