Michael Devon Lee

Michael D. Lee is an “AV” rated (Martindale-Hubbell) lawyer representing businesses and individuals with commercial disputes and litigation in Florida’s state and federal courts. Mr. Lee has extensive experience with claims involving contracts, fraud, shareholder/partner disputes, breaches of professional and fiduciary duties, real estate, insurance, intellectual property and illegal competition, bankruptcy and creditors’ rights. Mr. Lee also represents banks and other lenders in connection with litigation, asset recovery and workouts of commercial loans, including creditors’ rights in bankruptcy.
