Mr. Berkeley is admitted to the Florida Bar and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida. He began his legal career as an Assistant State Attorney in Miami-Dade County, where he gained extensive courtroom experience trying numerous jury trials, including serious felony cases. This early prosecutorial work helped shape his strategic litigation approach and courtroom confidence.
Today, he leads Berkeley Law, P.A., representing individuals, small businesses, and corporations in business disputes, commercial litigation, construction matters, criminal defense, and entertainment law. His practice is built on handling high-stakes and complex cases, with experience spanning both civil and criminal matters in state and federal courts.
