Lisa Gonzalez-Goetz

Lisa is a dedicated Social Security Disability attorney with over three decades of experience exclusively focused on helping individuals navigate the complexities of Social Security Disability Law. Since 1992, she has devoted her entire legal career to this field, building deep knowledge and a strong reputation for effective advocacy. Over the years, she has successfully represented more than 10,000 clients in Social Security Disability hearings, guiding them through every stage of the claims and appeals process with commitment and precision.

In addition to her extensive disability practice, Lisa has also been retained as an expert witness in matters involving personal injury and workers’ compensation, reflecting her respected standing within the legal community. She is a founding partner of the Law Firm of Gonzalez & Goetz LLC and brings decades of courtroom and administrative hearing experience to her work. Lisa earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Florida and her Juris Doctor from Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law in 1992.

Lisa is admitted to practice in Florida and is a member of the Florida Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association, the National Organization of Social Security Claims Representatives (N.O.S.S.C.R.), and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America (A.T.L.A.). She is also admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Beyond her legal practice, Lisa is deeply committed to community service. She serves as a Board Member for MS Views and News, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting and empowering individuals living with multiple sclerosis through education, advocacy, and resources. Fluent in both English and Spanish and originally from San Juan, Puerto Rico, Lisa brings a compassionate, client-focused approach to every case she handles.
