A seasoned trial lawyer, since 1995 Ken has successfully litigated thousands of civil and criminal cases, ranging from car and truck accidents to personal injuries and more. His primary areas of focus include Criminal Defense, Workers’ Compensation and Personal Injury. With three decades of experience, Ken’s zealous advocacy and personalized approach have earned him the trust of his clients and peers alike.

Beyond his regular law practice, Ken is also passionate about giving back to the community. He supported promising young baseball players from the Dominican Republic who aspired to play in the Major Leagues. Fluent in Spanish, Ken meets clients wherever they are most comfortable, whether at his office or in their homes.

Ken is a devoted family man, having been married to his wife, Mindy, for over 20 years. Together, they support each other and share two children, Adam and Alexa. His family’s well-being remains a top priority, particularly as he navigates the demands of both his personal and professional life. In his personal time, Ken enjoys swimming, health and fitness, using his Peloton and keeping a balanced lifestyle amid the demands of running a successful law practice.
