Katherine Daugherty is a dedicated attorney focused on family law and criminal defense matters. She represents clients in a wide range of family law cases, including divorce, child custody, visitation, child support, spousal support, separation agreements, premarital agreements, and protective orders. Her criminal defense practice includes traffic violations, DUI charges, reckless driving, assault and battery, drug offenses, larceny, and other criminal matters.
Known for her client-focused approach, Katherine works diligently to protect her clients' interests and pursue the best possible outcome through negotiation or litigation. A graduate of Randolph-Macon College and Florida Coastal School of Law, she gained valuable advocacy experience as a member of the Moot Court Honor Board.
