Jon Ostroff

Starting as a sole practitioner in 1993, Jon expanded Ostroff Law into an 11 lawyer, 40 employee law firm, before selling the firm to his partner, Rich Godshall in January, 2023. Over Jon’s 30+ year professional career at Ostroff Injury Law, he served as:

• Lead trial counsel in dozens of catastrophic case trials from filing to final verdict or judgment.
• Oversaw, handled, litigated and negotiated thousands of case settlements on behalf of clients.
• Judge Pro Tem mediator, Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas. (2014-2022)
• Senior Arbitrator, Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas, Norristown, PA. (2013-2022)
• Visiting speaker/presenter to undergraduate, MBA and law students at Penn State University, Drexel University, Widener University and University of Cape Town (South Africa)
