After earning degrees in Biochemistry and Zoology from North Carolina State University, James initially planned to attend medical school. However, he discovered a passion for law that redirected his entire career.
Following law school at the University of Georgia, where he earned his Juris Doctor, James began his legal career defending insurance companies and health care providers against negligence claims.
