Deidra N. Haynes

Deidra N. Haynes is a dedicated attorney who brings both professional experience and deeply personal insight to her legal practice. She earned her law degree from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in Indianapolis, Indiana, where she gained early courtroom exposure through internships as a prosecutor, public defender, and state public defender—defending individuals facing some of the most serious charges, including death penalty cases.

After law school, she joined Barnes & Thornburg, one of Indiana’s largest and most respected law firms, where she represented major corporations as an employment litigator. While this role strengthened her litigation skills and legal strategy, her true calling led her in a different direction—toward advocating for individuals who often feel unheard or overlooked by the system.
