David D. Ritter is a highly experienced criminal defense attorney with more than 25 years of courtroom experience. Throughout his career, he has successfully represented clients in thousands of criminal cases and numerous jury trials. His extensive legal background includes service as an Assistant Public Defender and Chief Deputy District Attorney in Lehigh County, providing him with valuable insight from both sides of the courtroom.
Before joining Kitay Law Offices, David operated his own private law practice, further strengthening his reputation as a skilled and dedicated advocate. A lifelong resident of the Lehigh Valley and graduate of Parkland High School, David is deeply connected to the local community. Outside of his legal practice, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Tammi, and their two sons, Nick and Zack, as well as reading, music, and following Penn State athletics.
