Danielle Beaver

Danielle Beaver meets with clients in the Honolulu office and throughout the state. She represents clients in Social Security Disability and SSI cases. Danielle is happy to meet with you and provide you with free telephone and email consultation. Danielle is dedicated to helping clients receive their benefits.

Prior to working with Disability Attorney Frank Ury, Danielle clerked with the Legal Aid Society–Employment Law Center in San Francisco where she advocated for clients in unemployment and wage and hour hearings. Danielle also clerked for Dickson Levy Vinnick Burrell Hyams, an employment law firm in Oakland, and was an intern for Judge David O. Carter in the Federal District Court of California, Central District.

She is a graduate of Northeastern University School of Law and is a member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives (NOSSCR), a member of the Hawaii State Bar Association, a member of the Hawaii Injured Workers’ Association and a member of the Hawaii Association for Justice. Danielle also taught a Continuing Legal Education class about Social Security Disability for the Hawaii State Bar Association. She has also appeared on Olelo – Hawaii Public Television on “Post Polio and You.”
