Courtney R. Lerch

Courtney Lerch is a dedicated attorney and co-founder of Schneider Lerch, LLC, with extensive experience in criminal defense and client advocacy. A graduate of the University of Georgia and Mississippi College School of Law, Courtney gained valuable legal insight through prestigious internships with federal and state judges, including Judge James J. Brady of the U.S. District Court and Judge Virginia Carlton of the Mississippi Court of Appeals. These experiences provided her with a unique understanding of judicial decision-making and effective courtroom strategies.

After earning her Juris Doctor in 2007, Courtney began her legal career at The Wade Law Firm, where she handled federal criminal defense cases before expanding her practice to include felony and misdemeanor matters in state courts. Driven by a passion for helping individuals navigate difficult legal situations, she founded Schneider Lerch, LLC in 2016. Under her leadership, the firm has grown into a respected practice known for aggressive representation, responsive communication, and personalized client service.
