Charles C. Bratton, II, Esq., LL.M

Charles C. Bratton, II is the founder of Bratton Law Group, LLC, where he focuses on life care planning, elder law, estate planning and administration, tax planning, and disability planning. He leads the firm's Trust, Estates, and Elder Law Division, helping individuals and families protect their assets, plan for the future, and navigate complex legal matters, including Medicaid qualification and long-term care planning.

In addition to advising clients, Charles provides guidance to other professionals on estate planning, asset preservation, and elder law strategies. He is an active member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and the Life Care Planning Law Firms Association. Charles has also served as a Trustee and Chair of the Young Lawyers Committee of the Camden County Bar Association, reflecting his commitment to professional leadership and the legal community.
