Before joining the firm, Brianne earned her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Maine School of Law and her undergraduate degree in Economics and Political Science from the University of Southern Maine. She also successfully completed the Business and Transactional Law Certificate with distinction. While in law school, she gained experience through internships, clerkships, including with the Internal Revenue Service, Office of Chief Counsel and a Bangor law firm, where she assisted with transactional matters, property due diligence, contract drafting, and corporate governance projects.
