Bret Merkle graduated from the University of South Dakota with a Juris Doctorate (JD Law) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA). Bret also graduated from the prestigious Trial Lawyers College founded by the legendary Gerry Spence and taught there as a staff instructor from 2001 thru 2004. Bret has been practicing law since 1991 specializing in civil litigation of bodily injury cases. Bret is a member of the South Dakota Trial Lawyers Association, the South Dakota Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
