Ben Bornstein was inspired to become an attorney by watching his father, Joe, work tirelessly on behalf of injured Mainers throughout his career. From a young age, Ben saw firsthand his father’s compassion for people who had been hurt through no fault of their own, and he saw Joe advocate for those same people by going up against powerful insurance companies and demanding justice. Now an attorney himself, Ben keeps Joe’s legacy alive by fighting for injured Mainers and ensuring that all Mainers have access to justice.
Ben prides himself on his accessibility, giving each of his clients his number so they can reach him directly. When a client is in need of assistance, whether after-hours or on the weekends, he makes himself available when they need him most.
Ben is a father who lives in southern Maine with his family. When he’s not working, he can usually be found hauling his kids to dance class, gymnastics, and other activities. He’s also involved with several local charitable organizations, including the Cromwell Center for Disabilities Awareness.
