A Lakeland native, Art Fulmer brings both hometown insight and strong legal credentials to every case. He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Florida and later received his Juris Doctor from Florida A&M University College of Law, where he served as a Law Review editor and graduated near the top of his class. His academic foundation, paired with decades of courtroom experience, shapes his reputation as a prepared, ethical, and highly effective advocate.
