Todd Bradford

I earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Utah in 2005 and a Juris Doctor from the University of South Dakota in 2009.

Before attending law school, I worked at Siegfried & Jensen for more than four years in a variety of roles. That experience gave me firsthand insight into the challenges individuals face after suffering a personal injury. Seeing those struggles up close—and being part of helping people through them—ultimately inspired me to pursue a career as a personal injury attorney. 

During law school, I served as an editor for the Great Plains Journal, a publication focused on environmental law, and worked as a graduate assistant for a professor teaching family law, insurance law, and civil procedure. After earning my degree, I returned to Utah to continue my legal career and be closer to family.

I began practicing law at a small firm in Utah County, where I handled a wide range of cases, with a primary focus on personal injury. I quickly realized that personal injury law was where I felt most fulfilled, as it allowed me to work closely with clients and help them navigate difficult and often overwhelming situations. I rejoined Siegfried & Jensen in 2012, where my practice is now devoted exclusively to representing personal injury clients.

In 2021, I became a co-owner of Siegfried & Jensen alongside my longtime colleague, Luke Peterson. I take great pride in helping people move forward after an injury and believe that effective advocacy begins with understanding, communication, and genuine care—for both our clients and the communities we serve.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, camping, boating, playing games, and watching football.
