Dave Henderson is an experienced trial attorney who routinely gets high-value results for his clients. His practice areas include motor vehicle accidents, construction and other work-related accidents, medical malpractice, premises liability, and products liability. He is admitted to practice law in New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania, as well as numerous federal courts.
After earning his bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan and his law degree from Rutgers University, Dave started his career as a public defender in Atlantic County, New Jersey. He currently serves as the attorney advisor for the Elmont High School mock trial competition team.
Originally from the Philadelphia area, Dave now lives on Long Island. He has spent his career advocating for his clients throughout the tri-state area.
