Stephen Dimmick

Stephen is a North Carolina attorney who represents injured workers, disabled individuals, and people harmed by another party’s negligence. His practice focuses on workers’ compensation claims before the North Carolina Industrial Commission, Social Security disability claims before the Social Security Administration, and personal injury cases involving motor vehicle accidents and catastrophic injuries. Since beginning his legal career in 2007, Stephen has developed extensive litigation experience, including Superior Court jury trials, Industrial Commission hearings, appeals, depositions, motions, and mediations.

Earlier in his career, Stephen represented employers and insurers, gaining insight into how they evaluate injury claims and litigation. In 2023, he shifted his practice to represent injured workers and disabled individuals. He earned his B.A. in History and Political Science from the College of Charleston and his J.D. from the University of South Carolina School of Law. His professional memberships include the North Carolina Advocates for Justice, North Carolina Bar Association Workers’ Compensation Section, and National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives (NOSSCR).
