Christian R. Ayers

Christian Ayers has represented injured workers since joining the firm in 2014. His practice focuses on workers’ compensation and short- and long-term disability claims. He handles cases before the North Carolina and South Carolina Industrial Commissions, meets with clients, and prepares court filings to help injured individuals obtain weekly benefits and medical treatment. In 2021, Christian became a North Carolina State Bar Board Certified Specialist in Workers’ Compensation Law. He was also selected to the Super Lawyers Rising Stars list in 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022.

Born and raised in Charlotte, North Carolina, Christian attended Furman University, where he studied Religious Studies and English. He earned his Juris Doctor magna cum laude from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law. During his final year of law school, he served as an adjudicator for the Memphis Housing Authority, handling administrative appeals related to public housing assistance.
