Tony Abbatangelo, Esq., is a Las Vegas criminal defense and DUI attorney with a long history of public service in Nevada’s justice system. Born and raised in Las Vegas, he grew up around his parents’ legal practice and developed an early passion for law. He is known for advocating for his clients with determination and compassion.
In 1993, Tony became the youngest attorney elected as a judge in Nevada history at age 28. In 1996, he was elected Justice of the Peace in Las Vegas Justice Court, where he served for 14 years and handled cases ranging from traffic violations to murder. In 2004, he established Las Vegas’s first DUI Court certified in Nevada and helped develop the Moderate Offender Program, supporting restorative justice and second chances.
