Rob Cohen is a Denver attorney and Managing Partner at Cohen & Cohen, P.C., with more than two decades of legal experience. He focuses primarily on consumer and corporate bankruptcy, representing debtors, creditors, and other parties in bankruptcy proceedings.
He also serves on the Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Panel and is a certified mediator. His broader legal experience includes civil litigation, contract drafting and disputes, domestic relations, real property, and bankruptcy litigation. Rob has served as a Chapter 11 Trustee, Examiner, and Liquidating Agent and has administered thousands of Chapter 7 bankruptcy estates.
He earned a B.A. from the University of Wyoming, a J.D. from the University of Denver College of Law, and an M.B.A. from the University of Denver Daniels College of Business. Rob is admitted to practice in Colorado and Wyoming, as well as several federal courts.
