For over 50 years, Tom has dedicated his career to serving as both a tireless advocate and a safety champion for individuals and families who have been harmed due to defective products, motor vehicle accidents, and other preventable tragedies caused by negligence and wrongdoing.

Few personal injury lawyers can relate to the struggles of accident victims as profoundly as Tom Kiley. As a third-generation Irish American, Tom grew up hearing his grandfather’s stories about his Irish immigrant great-grandfather, who sustained fatal injuries working in the textile mills. This tragedy left his family, including Tom’s grandfather Daniel Kiley, to fend for themselves in an era without public assistance.
