Randy Haynes is a partner at Morris Haynes and an accomplished trial attorney with decades of experience handling complex litigation matters. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree with honors from Davidson College in 1979 and received his Juris Doctor from the University of Alabama School of Law in 1983. During law school, he was recognized as the Outstanding First-Year Student, inducted into the Order of the Barristers, and served on the Alabama National Moot Court Team.
Since 1988, Randy has served as the Municipal Judge of Alexander City, demonstrating a longstanding commitment to public service and the legal profession. He is an active member of both the American Association for Justice and the Alabama Association for Justice, where he previously served as President and continues to serve on the Executive Committee. He has also been honored as a Fellow of the Alabama Law Foundation.
Randy focuses his practice on litigation, representing individuals and businesses in product liability, trucking, railroad, wrongful death, personal injury, and consumer protection cases.
