Austin Jackson is a dedicated personal injury attorney and the founder of M. Austin Jackson Injury Lawyers. A lifelong resident of Augusta, Georgia, Austin is deeply connected to the community he serves and is committed to helping injured individuals pursue the compensation and justice they deserve.
After graduating from Westminster Schools of Augusta, Austin earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia and later obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law. His legal career began in public service as a prosecutor for the State of South Carolina in Columbia, where he gained valuable courtroom and litigation experience. He also served as in-house counsel for an Augusta-based commercial real estate company, providing legal guidance on a variety of business and property matters.
Since establishing his own law practice, Austin has focused primarily on personal injury litigation. He has extensive experience representing clients in a wide range of injury claims and has developed a particular interest in premises liability cases, including complex slip-and-fall and trip-and-fall accidents. His client-centered approach combines thorough case preparation, strong advocacy, and a commitment to achieving favorable outcomes.
Beyond his legal practice, Austin remains actively involved in the Augusta community. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Augusta and the Augusta Bar Foundation. Outside the office, he enjoys sports, aviation, and supporting the Georgia Bulldogs. Austin and his wife reside in Augusta with their child and are active members of Reid Memorial Presbyterian Church.
