Haitham “Sam” Amin is the founder and principal attorney of Amin Law, P.C., a California law firm dedicated to resolving high-conflict family law disputes and complex litigation matters with skill, determination, and strategic advocacy. Before establishing Amin Law, P.C., Sam served as a Deputy Public Defender, where he gained extensive trial experience handling high-pressure cases and advocating for clients in court. Sam has built a strong reputation for his work in Domestic Violence Restraining Order (DVRO) cases, representing both petitioners and respondents in urgent, high-stakes proceedings.
