Gordon W. Odell, Jr. is an experienced attorney with more than four decades of legal experience in civil litigation, probate matters, estate planning, contracts, and real estate law. A graduate of Golden Gate University School of Law in San Francisco, Mr. Odell was first admitted to practice in California in 1985, where he focused on personal injury and insurance defense litigation.
In 2000, Mr. Odell relocated to Alabama to serve as Assistant General Counsel for the Civil Air Patrol (CAP) at Maxwell Air Force Base. He later served as CAP’s General Counsel from 2005 to 2008, providing legal guidance on a wide range of organizational and regulatory matters.
Admitted to practice law in Alabama in 2004, Mr. Odell established his solo practice in Montgomery in 2009 after becoming certified as a Guardian ad Litem. Throughout his career, he has successfully handled both criminal and civil appeals and has built a reputation for providing practical legal solutions tailored to his clients' needs.
Today, Mr. Odell's practice is primarily focused on civil law, including probate administration, estate planning, contract matters, and real estate transactions. He is committed to helping individuals and families navigate complex legal issues with personalized attention and dedicated representation.
