Diane McNamara is a Virginia attorney who has practiced law for more than 35 years and focuses primarily on representing injured workers in Virginia and the surrounding Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. She graduated from George Mason University School of Law in 1988 and began her legal career at a general practice firm, where she handled workers’ compensation claims. In 1992, she established her own practice dedicated primarily to helping injured workers and their families.
During her first ten years of practice, Diane also served as a court-appointed criminal defense attorney and guardian ad litem for children and incapacitated adults. She has presented on workers’ compensation at continuing legal education seminars sponsored by the Virginia Workers’ Compensation Commission and Virginia Trial Lawyers Association.
