Oscar A. Garza is the founder and attorney of his law practice. Raised along the South Texas border, he spent time in Piedras Negras and Eagle Pass and has dedicated his career to representing individuals and families from both sides of the U.S.-Mexico border. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science magna cum laude from Baylor University in 2000 and graduated from Baylor University School of Law in 2003. During his undergraduate studies, he became a member of the Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society.
Oscar is a Lifetime Member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and has been recognized by the National Trial Lawyers as one of the Top 100 Lawyers from 2013 to 2023 and Top 100 Civil Plaintiff Lawyers from 2016 to 2023.
