Herman Martinez is the founding attorney of Martinez Law Firm, which he established in 2011. Based in Houston, he focuses on DWI and criminal defense and brings extensive experience from both prosecution and private practice. Before founding his firm, he served as an associate judge for the City of Houston in 2011, partnered at Madrid, Martinez & Associates from 1999 to 2011, and worked as a chief prosecutor at the Harris County District Attorney’s Office from 1997 to 1999.
