Gerard Lynch

Gerard Lynch is a founding attorney and longtime Houston, Texas, resident who has dedicated more than 30 years to representing individuals with disabilities in Social Security matters. His interest in disability law grew from personal experience supporting a close family member through the disability claims process. Recognizing the need for knowledgeable, compassionate, and committed legal representation, he chose to help disabled individuals navigate their claims and pursue the benefits they deserve.

Gerard graduated from South Texas College of Law in 1985 after completing one year of graduate studies in Clinical Psychology. He is a past president of the Houston Bar Association Social Security Section and has spoken on Social Security law throughout his career. He is a member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives and is licensed to practice law in Texas. Having attended high school in Central America, Gerard also speaks Spanish.
