J. Peter Larsen

J. Peter Larsen is a seasoned commercial real estate and finance attorney with over 20 years of experience in corporate legal roles, real estate transactions, financing, and litigation. Since joining MW Law in 2022, he has facilitated commercial real estate transactions and financing exceeding hundreds of millions of dollars nationwide. His practice includes contract negotiations, acquisitions, dispositions, joint venture partnerships, tenancy-in-common agreements, and complex financing arrangements.

Previously, Pete served as Associate General Counsel at Situs, where he managed legal matters involving major investment banks, private equity firms, insurance companies, and the FDIC. His experience includes loan workouts, foreclosures, litigation, and asset dispositions across all 50 states, as well as international legal projects in more than 85 countries. With a J.D. from South Texas College of Law Houston, a B.S. in Business Administration, and fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, Pete brings extensive business and international experience to commercial real estate and finance matters.
