David. M. Pyke

David M. Pyke is a Texas attorney with more than 30 years of legal experience who has focused on probate administration, probate disputes, and estate planning since 2000. A Dallas native, he has tried more than 50 disputed cases and draws on his knowledge of the local legal community to guide clients through estate planning, probate administration, and contested matters. His background combines courtroom experience with a focus on helping clients address complex estate-related legal issues.

Mr. Pyke graduated cum laude from Southern Methodist University School of Law, where he served as a Law Review Editor and earned membership in the Order of the Coif and Order of Barristers. He also graduated magna cum laude from Baylor University's Business School with a major in accounting and passed the CPA exam on his first attempt in 1983. His honors include recognition as a Texas Super Lawyer from 2020 to 2025, inclusion in D Magazine's Best Lawyers in Dallas, and an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell. He is a Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation and is admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court and multiple federal courts.
