Jason W. Snell

Jason W. Snell is a trial lawyer and business litigator with nearly 30 years of experience. He is Board Certified in Civil Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and is recognized for his creative approach to resolving complex legal disputes. Jason began his litigation career in Dallas before practicing in New York City. In 2007, he founded Snell Law in Austin, Texas, to provide businesses and individuals with high-quality, personalized legal representation. His practice focuses on civil and business litigation, helping clients navigate disputes involving commercial relationships, property, and business operations.

Jason was named Litigator of the Week for the State of Texas by Texas Lawyer on May 7, 2018, after securing a jury verdict exceeding $1 million against a sitting judge in a real estate fraud case. His other recognitions include Thomson Reuters’ Super Lawyers Rising Star designation in 2012, Super Lawyers selections from 2014–2015 and 2017–2026, and inclusion among the Central/West Texas Top 50 Super Lawyers from 2024–2026.
