Erin Willadsen is a partner and attorney in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, whose practice includes civil litigation and criminal defense. A Sioux Falls native, Erin graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in 2016. She then earned her law degree with Sterling Honors from the University of South Dakota School of Law in 2019. During law school, she served as President of the Moot Court Board and Vice President of the Trial Team.
Erin began working with the firm as a runner in 2012 and continued during her college summers before returning as a legal intern after her first year of law school. She joined the firm as a full-time associate in August 2019 and became a partner in 2025. During law school, she and her teammates advanced to national competitions in constitutional law and criminal justice trial advocacy. She works closely with Clint Sargent and Raleigh Hansman.
