Tim Conlon is a Partner, Practice Leader of DarrowEverett’s Private Client Group, and Co-Chair of its Family Law Practice Group. His practice focuses on complex family court litigation, high-net-worth divorces involving business assets and intergenerational trusts, and civil cases involving children abused in the care of others. He has more than 30 years of experience and has worked with forensic accountants and forensic psychologists in complex matters.
Before joining DarrowEverett, Tim practiced for more than 30 years at a Providence office of a Boston-based law firm. His prior experience includes representing children in Family Court, handling criminal appeals and computer crime cases, and overseeing Rhode Island’s computerized criminal history system. He has lectured on family law topics and co-authored Electronic Evidence for Family Law Attorneys. Tim has received numerous honors, including Best Lawyers recognition in Family Law, Super Lawyers recognition, and the 2025 Lifetime Achievement Award from the New England Law Awards.
