Susan T. Perkins is an experienced attorney representing clients in Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and Connecticut in the areas of family law, divorce, criminal defense, DUI defense, and LGBTQ+ legal matters.

Graduated from Rhode Island College with a BA in Psychology and Roger Williams University School of Law with Juris Doctor. A member of the Rhode Island, Massachusetts, The United States District Court-District of Rhode Island, The United States Court of Appeals - First Circuit, and The United States Court of Appeals - Second Circuit Bar.

Attorney David Tapalian is a graduate of Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island, where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Public Policy and American Institutions. Following his graduation from Brown University, Attorney Tapalian then went on to Roger Williams University School of Law in Bristol, Rhode Island, where he received his Juris Doctorate degree.

With a father and brother already practicing law together at Gemma Law Associates, Inc., Mark Gemma knew exactly what he was getting into when he decided to become a personal injury lawyer.

As a college student, Mike Bottaro knew he wanted to become a lawyer. There, Mike read a New England lawyer’s book about standing up to large corporations on behalf of sick children.
