Family Law Attorney in Providence, Rhode Island
The attorney is a partner and heads the Divorce, Domestic Relations, and Criminal Defense Practice Group. Admitted to the Rhode Island Bar, the attorney handles Family Court matters involving divorce, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, child support, visitation, custody, and juvenile matters. The practice also includes criminal defense for felonies and misdemeanors, as well as pretrial and trial proceedings.
The attorney also handles DWI and refusal cases and is a member of the Rhode Island Family Court Inns of the Court. The attorney received legal education from California Western School of Law in San Diego, California, and attended the University of Rhode Island in Kingston, Rhode Island, as well as Hendricken High School in Warwick, Rhode Island.
