Rashad Blossom

Rashad Blossom is the founder and principal of Blossom Law PLLC, based in Charlotte, North Carolina. He focuses on bankruptcy, consumer protection litigation, fair debt collection matters, and personal injury cases. Rashad helps individuals and families address financial difficulties, including personal bankruptcy under Chapter 7, and assists businesses with financial challenges, including Chapter 11 bankruptcy. His approach is grounded in fairness, compassion, and providing accessible legal guidance to individuals and small businesses.

Before establishing Blossom Law PLLC in 2013, Rashad was a partner in the Bankruptcy, Restructuring and Distressed Investing practice at Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP and previously worked as a bankruptcy associate at Burr & Forman LLP in Birmingham, Alabama. He earned his B.S. in Finance in 2002 and his J.D. in 2005 from the University of Alabama. He is admitted to practice in North Carolina and Alabama and is a member of the National Association of Consumer Advocates and the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys.
