Jan Dils is the founder of Jan Dils, Attorneys at Law. She established the firm in Parkersburg, West Virginia, in 1994 as a solo attorney. Since then, the firm has grown into a team of more than 150 dedicated professionals serving clients throughout West Virginia, with offices in Parkersburg, Beckley, Charleston, Huntington, and Logan, along with an additional office in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Jan Dils is dedicated to advocating for individuals who may feel overwhelmed when dealing with corporations, insurance companies, pharmaceutical companies, or government processes.
